World Down Syndrome Day

This March 21st, we are asking people around the world to join our community in creating a single, global voice and call for an end to stereotypes. People with Down syndrome encounter harmful assumptions every day that limit their potential. It’s time to start recognizing the abilities and contributions of people with Down syndrome. Learn more about how you can show your support. #AssumeThatICan

Preregister for The New Mindsets Wellness Program

Joining Mindsets is your first step towards building healthy habits that focus on fitness, nutrition, and self-care. This free program was created based on the results of the Mindsets Study to give adults with Down syndrome the tools needed for a healthy, happy, active, lifestyle through adulthood and aging.
