Join us as we explore how the results of the Global Mindsets Study are changing the way people think about fitness for individuals with Down syndrome. You’ll hear insights from Mindsets research experts, real-life experiences from community members, and practical exercises and tips for including fitness in your everyday life.

How long is it? The education portion of the webinar is 30 to 40 minutes with a Q&A following.
