Managing Your Mental Health

Learning how to manage your mental health is an important part of maintaining a healthy, happy lifestyle. In this webinar, you’ll learn practical information and exercises for helping your child with Down syndrome recognize and manage their emotions. You will also hear from experts about mental health issues that are more common as a person with Down syndrome ages and their recommendations on how to help prepare for and manage these challenges. Our community member panel will share their own lived experiences surrounding their mental health wins and setbacks and you will have a chance to ask questions.
