Over 1,000 21 Welcomes Booklets were produced and distributed across Canada to help welcome new parents to the Down syndrome community.

A new Multilingual Caregiver Network with over 17 languages was created, facilitating more peer-to-peer connections in our community.

Over 165 million people viewed Here I Am, bringing international awareness and recognition to the aging population in our community and helping to improve representation for seniors with Down syndrome.

Thousands of Canadians found information and help from 3.21 Magazine’s professional advice, parental experiences, self-advocate stories, and resources.

Inclusive employment resources were developed to support Canadian businesses as they recruit, hire, and onboard employees with Down syndrome. 

Thousands of self-advocates, parents, and professionals in the Down syndrome community shared advice, experiences, and resources from around the world through our social media channels.

The Mindsets Study results were released after a two-year research process, demonstrating that 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week can improve cognitive function in people with Down syndrome.

The first Ds Collaborative in Canada was created, a network of organizations and self-advocates, united by a common goal – to share, support, and impact the lives of those with Down syndrome and their families.
